I have had Onsite Solutions out to my house on several occasions, and each time they were timely, professional and polite. Upon arrival, the workers were very respectful of my home; without instruction, they laid down an area of protective covering where they placed booties on their shoes before walking in. This means so much as a mother of four with new carpet! The company is clear from the beginning about how long the project(s) will take and creates a working timeline. They show up (on time!) when they say they are going to and work consecutively until the job is done. We have had Onsite install new closets, drywall our basement and lay new tile in our laundry room, and in each case, they have exceeded my expectations. Onsite Solutions is easy to work with, responsive and dependable. They cater to special requirements and provide high-quality work. I highly recommend this company!

Onsite Solutions did a wonderful job renovating my basement. They were quick, efficient and super friendly. They were able to tear down my old moldy basement, clean it out, plug holes in the cement and then rebuild in a matter of weeks. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends/family. If there was any company I would recommend with the highest accolades it would be this one. My aunt, an elderly lady had a house fire and within days they were able to come out estimate and repair a full first level home within two weeks. I asked other companies how long and how much yet this is the only company that superseded my expectations. The guy that came out to give an estimate, Dana, was professional about the situation and compassionate towards my aunt. I heard a lot about them but this was my first experience if I ever need work done for restoration services any of our companies or homes on site would be the number one Company to go to first.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, knowledgeable/seasoned technicians, and overall excellent experience working with On Site Solutions over the past 4 years. They have been able to address plumbing issues, electric, turnover maintenance, emergency repairs, trash removal, permit issues and more, always giving the same level of high customer service and great prices no matter how large or small a task assigned. Working in real estate and property management, this is one vendor I keep on speed dial.

Onsite Solutions was the contractor that I used for several home improvement projects that began in Jan 2018. They were the lowest bid for all new windows, new garage roof, new carpet upstairs, refinishing my hardwood floors and new concrete driveway and garage floor. The project manager, Kevin Ray, was top notch. I expressed my fears from having a terrible experience with a contractor who caused unresolved major damage in my home previously. Kevin reassured me and shared some advice that his Dad had given him years before, “Treat people how you want to be treated” and “Never screw anybody over because someone you know, knows them through someone.” His Dad was right. Those bad reviews spread like wildfire. And he taught Kevin well. Not only was the price the best out there, the quality of the work done, the awesome communication and the great crews sent to my home made this a wonderful experience all the way around. Of course, there are going to be hiccups along the way with that many projects but each one was resolved with excellent communication and follow through. I had an issue with water pooling in one area in my garage this Spring. The cement was poured last spring. I reached out to Kevin a few weeks ago to have the concrete guy, John, come check it out. Unlike other companies, I knew they would resolve the issue even though they already had collected the final payment in full. He fixed the issue very quickly. It is very rare these days to find a company that does quality work that they stand behind, for a great price, with friendly crews that communicate along the way. I am very glad that Kevin was someone that listened to his Dad’s great advice. It shows in his work ethic.
