Excellent service from start to finish: everything looks beautiful. They all did a great job! Siding, windows, trim, concrete, garage floor and more...made all that mess from a fire just disappear.

Service through insurance. Work was done nice but took FOREVER to get it worked on. They came in did most of the work in one day but didn’t finish until I complained months later.

Steve, Eddie, James and Jeff deserve the highest rating. They performed top-notch work; they have excellent customer service skills and they completed our total project in a very reasonable timeframe. The shower tile work done by Eddie deserves an exceptional rating for his tile knowledge and work ethic. I was impressed by how much was accomplished and by his artistry. Thank you for a beautiful new double shower.

Versapro took over immediately and took care of everything. The interior of my home was destroyed and they brought it back to life. I’m now back in and it wonderful.

The service you get from this company is impeccable. I had a branch come through my roof and they came out here the same night to board and tape. They made sure I had no more damage . I had a great experience working with VersaPro on my roof replacement after storm damage. Andrew provided a thorough initial inspection and assessment, and Steve, the project manager, was responsive, knowledgeable, and proactively kept me informed throughout every step of the process (mostly through SMS which was great!).
What impressed me most was VersaPro’s commitment to customer satisfaction. After the roofing work was completed, I noticed a section where multiple layers of shingles had not been properly trimmed. I contacted Steve, and he immediately apologized, took ownership of the issue, and arranged for the roofing crew to return the very next day to inspect and correct the work.
No project is perfect, especially when multiple contractors are involved, but VersaPro demonstrated integrity and accountability by making things right without hesitation. My advice to other homeowners is to do a final walkthrough and inspect the completed work carefully, but you can feel confident that VersaPro will stand behind their work and address any concerns promptly. I would gladly work with them again.

I had a lot interior and exterior damage from some of these wicked storms this past spring and from beginning to end, Versa Pro had this all under control. From the planning and scheduling of work, to the communication to me I couldn't be happier. From day 1, a tarp was put on my roof late that evening during these storms and I was grateful for that saving more damage. They made me feel I was a priority and completed everything in less than 1 week. I would definitely use them again without a doubt.

We had a great experience remodeling our bathroom with VersaPro! What started out as a complete mess in our original, 50s bathroom (water damage, rotting subfloor) turned into a beautiful bigger bathroom that was extended to the hallway to make room for a double sink. The work was completed in just under 3 months, and Steve was a pleasure to work with. We could call or text at any time with questions or concerns, and he was responsive. Any mistakes made were corrected, and the final result is exactly what we were hoping for!

We had a great experience working with this team. Steve, the project manager, did an excellent job coordinating everything and making sure the work was completed smoothly. Andrew took the time to properly review the project during the estimate phase, which helped avoid any surprises or “what ifs” during the work.
John and his crew did a wonderful job on-site—they paid close attention to every detail and made sure nothing was missed. Overall, very professional and reliable service. Highly recommended!

We had a new roof in 4 business days after reaching out for an assessment! They even gave us a discount on replacement decking when we unexpectedly had to replace it as well. Steve is a fantastic project manager, and you can tell that he really cares about his clients. We’ll definitely be using them for other projects!

Very fast and efficient cleanup by this company. I had a company prior to this one come out a day prior but they suggested that I pay for a $8,000 vacuum truck. I called this company and they were out within a few hours and did the cleanup very thoroughly for way less that that.

Terrible experience. Project manager failed to communicate with myself and contractors, floors needed to be torn out and replaced and were still done incorrectly, project took over a month longer than estimated, poor craftsmanship. Would not recommend.

The objective of this restoration was to return the property to pre-loss condition within the parameters of the approved insurance scope, and significant additional steps were taken to improve the outcome beyond a standard repair.
To clearly outline what was done to accommodate you and ensure a successful project:
• Reallocated and maximized insurance funds to enable a full kitchen replacement instead of a standard repair
• Completed code-required electrical upgrades to bring the property up to current standards
• Reassigned a new project manager early in the process to improve communication and ensure your priorities were addressed
• Maintained ongoing coordination to keep the project moving forward despite early communication challenges
• Installed flooring in accordance with all manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Issued a full material credit for the flooring based on your dissatisfaction with the appearance, despite it meeting installation standards
• Conducted a comprehensive final walkthrough with you to review and complete all punch list items
• Addressed all documented workmanship concerns prior to closing the project
Every effort was made to deliver a completed project that aligned with both insurance requirements and your expectations, including accommodations that went beyond the original scope.

I have nothing but praise for Versa Pro, especially Treavor Downer, for the handling of my water/flooring damage. Never being involved with this kind of thing I was very rattled. He patiently answered all my questions and was so helpful with getting me what I needed. Even after everything was complete I felt comfortable reaching out for his help for after the fact info the insurance company requested. Excellent company to work with! They will fight for you with your insurance company to get you the money needed to repair your home after you have storm damage.
