Onsite Solutions was the contractor that I used for several home improvement projects that began in Jan 2018. They were the lowest bid for all new windows, new garage roof, new carpet upstairs, refinishing my hardwood floors and new concrete driveway and garage floor. The project manager, Kevin Ray, was top notch. I expressed my fears from having a terrible experience with a contractor who caused unresolved major damage in my home previously. Kevin reassured me and shared some advice that his Dad had given him years before, “Treat people how you want to be treated” and “Never screw anybody over because someone you know, knows them through someone.” His Dad was right. Those bad reviews spread like wildfire. And he taught Kevin well. Not only was the price the best out there, the quality of the work done, the awesome communication and the great crews sent to my home made this a wonderful experience all the way around. Of course, there are going to be hiccups along the way with that many projects but each one was resolved with excellent communication and follow through. I had an issue with water pooling in one area in my garage this Spring. The cement was poured last spring. I reached out to Kevin a few weeks ago to have the concrete guy, John, come check it out. Unlike other companies, I knew they would resolve the issue even though they already had collected the final payment in full. He fixed the issue very quickly. It is very rare these days to find a company that does quality work that they stand behind, for a great price, with friendly crews that communicate along the way. I am very glad that Kevin was someone that listened to his Dad’s great advice. It shows in his work ethic.
