The company I work for oversees various aspects of housing for individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities and specialized in home modifications designed to create better accessibility for individuals (such as wheelchair accessibility and other custom home modifications). I have worked with OnSite consistently for the last 3 years and have hired them to do everything from small punch-list maintenance items, to large insurance-related demo and build-back, environmental testing and abatement, and custom barrier-free home modification. From beginning to end of every project, OnSite’s team has provided personalized service. They are easy to reach (24 hours/day), dispatch quickly, and follow-up quickly and consistently. I recently had a pipe burst in my home and I had to have my kitchen and basement torn out and redone. It was a very stressful time. I hired Onsite Solutions to do the job. They were absolutely amazing! They were always on time, did exactly what they said they would, listened to what I wanted, and helped with every single detail. Jamel was very friendly, easy to talk to, and helped every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company! Randy always let me know what he was going to be doing and answered any questions I had too. Jason and the other guys were all great too! Jamel even asked my children what they thought. They loved being included when I had to make decisions. Jamel was patient when I couldn’t decide on something. At the end there were no surprise costs. I recently used OnSite to rebuild a drafty bay window at my rental property: I cannot express how impressed I am with this company! From my first call into the main office, the staff was friendly and ready to help me. To schedule the work I was put in touch with John Reed: this guy is AWESOME! John was so courteous and professional, and patiently answered my hundreds of questions. John’s team of installers were meticulous in their work, and accommodated a few last minute changes with no objection. I am so happy with the outcome and will be using them again in the future!

Outstanding work, took their time with all of the details rather than rushing through. (Even in horrible weather). Eric and John did an excellent job, and were incredibly polite.
