VersaPro is a multidisciplinary restoration, construction, and environmental services provider serving homeowners, business owners, property managers, insurance professionals, and other clients throughout Southeast Michigan. Our services include but are not limited to:
- 24/7 emergency response & repairs (board-ups, damage mitigation)
- Water damage and flood restoration
- Fire, smoke, and storm restoration
- Commercial and residential construction & renovation
- Environmental services (mold remediation, lead abatement, asbestos removal)
- Property solutions and REO services
3. Use of the Site
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Site.
License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VersaPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or business purposes.

4. Services and Estimates

Estimates & Quotes. All cost estimates provided by VersaPro are estimates only unless otherwise stated in a written and signed contract. Final pricing may vary based on scope, materials, permits, and site conditions.
Service Agreements. Any restoration or construction Services will be governed by a separate written agreement outlining scope of work, pricing, scheduling, warranties, insurance handling, and payment terms.
5. Payments
Payments for services provided by VersaPro must be made according to the terms in your signed service agreement. Where online payments are accepted, such payments are processed securely via third-party gateway providers. You agree that VersaPro is not responsible for any third-party payment processing issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by VersaPro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written consent from VersaPro.
7. Privacy and Data

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
